As you can see, from the 7th period of use, the corset can, and must, be used lasting the night, but in order to sleep with a corset it is necessary the additional care of loosening it in such a way to make it quite comfortable, clamping it again the next morning. In the first days of my training I used it only during the night, and for the time of use it is possible to notice that I started to feel comfortable after the second day, being able to considerably increase the period of use.
